maintenance of your property.
Unlike time share where you find hidden costs, pressurised sales
and a multitude of hidden clauses in the contract.
FreeHoldUSA take away all your worries of your owning property
abroad by taking care of the day to day costs giving you time to relax
and enjoy your vacation home.
Do I Own the Property?
YES! You own 10%
of the property along with eight other members who each own 10%.
FreeHoldUSA f owns the other 10%.
Can I Sell My 10% of the Property?
YES! You may
sell your 10% ownership to whoever you may decided and for whatever
amount after giving FreeHoldUSA first refusal.
Do I Have To Stay with the Same Two Weeks Every
Year?
NO! You and the
eight other members decide when you want to spend the time at the property
all 52 weeks are available. The
only requirement is that you let FreeHoldUSA know three months in advance
so that all arrangements can be made for you.
How Can I Be Sure That the Standard of My Property
Remains the Same?
FreeHoldUSA guarantees that the property is kept to a very
high standard for the full term of your ownership.
What If I Do Not Want to Go to My Property
Every Year?
NO PROBLEM! FreeHoldUSA
will rent your term out for you creating an income for you so making
your investment even stronger.
Do I Have to Pay Insurance for My Property?
NO! All insurances on the property are paid by FreeHoldUSA .
What If I Want to Have Extra Weeks At My
Property?
All owners are given generous discounts for any extra weeks
required.
Can I Earn Extra Money from FeeHoldUSA?
YES! Any property
that is rented out through yourself will earn you a commission from
FreeHoldUSA .
Do I Have to Pay Taxes or Rates on My Property?
NO! All taxes and
rates on you r property are paid by FreeHoldUSA.
What Happens at the End of My Term?
After ten years our property will be placed on the market
and sold. The proceeds
will be divided equally between the members, giving you a good return
on your investment.
Who Keeps the Deeds to The Property?
The deeds to the property are held in the U.K. by a nominated
solicitor on your behalf, giving you complete security on your investment.
Do I Get A Copy of the Deeds and Notification
of Other Investors of the Property?
YES! A copy
of the deeds is given to you and the names of the other investors.
You will be informed of any changes to the membership.
How Soon Can I Have My First Holiday In My
New Home?
As soon as FreeHoldUSA has received your contract and investment
we will contact you giving the first available dates over the next 12
months.
What Do I Do Next?
Choose the property you may be interested in. Ring us for an informal chat about any queries you may have.
We can arrange a ‘see for yourself’ inspection of the properties
and locations of required. We
can also arrange financing of your new property and advice if required.
