Lindfields is situated to the west of Disney. It is approximately 7 miles from Disney - a 8 minute journey. Lindfields has always been one of the most sought after locations because of it closeness to Disney, the attractions, shops and restaurants.

SUNSET LAKES

Sunset Lakes is situated to the west of Disney. It is approximately 5 miles from Disney - an 6 minute journey. A gated community with two large lakes as its central feature. Peddle boats are available on the main lake. A kids play area and a community pool are other features of this exclusive development. Ideally situated in a quiet corner of Kissimmee but only moments from the magic !

WOODRIDGE

Woodridge is situated to the west of Disney on US 27. Approximately 9 miles from Disney - approximately a 15 minute journey. A new development just a little further a field but lovely and peaceful and still close enough to enjoy all that is on offer !

INDIAN CREEK

Indian Creek is situated to the west of Disney. Approximately 5 minutes from Disney. A brand new development but extremely close to Disney, restaurants and shops. This development has a tennis court and basketball court for the active amongst you

ROLLING HILLS
 
Rolling Hills is situated to the west of Disney. Approximately a 5 minute journey to Disney. Situated next to Indian Creek, this is another new development absolutely perfectly situated for getting out and about.

INDIAN RIDGE
Indian Ridge is situated to the west of Disney. Approximately 10 minutes from Disney. From Us 192 take 545 for about 4 miles and Indian Ridge is on your right hand side. A very popular location, as most of the homes have large lots, which has its own community pool as well. A choice of two pools - what more can you want !

INDIAN RIDGE OAKS

Indian Ridge Oaks is situated to the west of Disney. Approximately 10 minutes from Disney. Opposite Indian Ridge, a wonderful location with its own community pool and tennis court.

INDIAN POINT
Indian Point is situated to the east of Disney. Approximately 10 minutes from Disney. Take Poinciana Blvd. from US 192 and Indian Point is just 4 miles on your left. Own community pool, basketball and tennis courts. A lovely community that is much in demand.

EAGLE POINTE

Eagle Pointe is situated to the east of Disney. Approximately 10 minutes from Disney. Eagle Pointe is just a few yards past Indian Pointe.

LAKE BERKLEY

Lake Berkley is a lovely new community to the east of Disney. It is superbly located just 8 minutes from Disney and with easy reach of US 192 for restaurants and shops. It is located just off Oren Brown Road between US 192 and Poinciana Blvd

MONTEGO BAY

Montego Bay is situated to the east of Disney. Approximately 10 minutes from Disney. This community has its own community pool and kids play area.

HAMILTON'S RESERVE
Hamilton's Reserve is situated to the east of Disney. Approximately 10 minutes from Disney. Situated opposite Montego Bay.

ROBBINS REST

Robbin's Rest is situated to the west of Disney. Approximately 15 minutes from Disney. Take 545 from US 192 and go past Indian Ridge, in just a few short moments you will be at Robbin's Rest.
